Cooperative (coop) investing refers to a form of investment where individuals come together to pool their resources and collectively invest in a project, business, or real estate. In a cooperative investment, participants share ownership, decision-making, and profits or losses.

Can I live in a co-op investment home?

Yes, you could choose to live as a tenant in a house that you also invested in through a co-op arranged by us. Paying rent to yourself is better than paying rent to someone else!

How can I get involved in a co-op investment?

Fill out the form here. We determine which clients would be best fit for the projects we have available, then offer the opportunity to everyone. When we raise enough capital, the project goes through.
